Henry Richards is a distinguished family-run business proudly owned by Shahrabi Trading Limited. Founded by Abbas Shahrabi in 1974, the company began its journey after Abbas garnered extensive experience working in his family’s jewellery store. Driven by a vision to create something uniquely his own, Abbas launched Henry Richards with a modest store offering a select range of watch and jewellery brands. Today, Henry Richards continues to honor its roots with a commitment to quality and personalized service, staying true to the values that have defined us since our inception.

After a few years he decided to expand the business and open new branches and in 10 years, Henry Richards has 12 own stores with more than 50 employees and thousands of watches and jewelleries.

Since then, Henry Richards has expanded its business from retail to distribution and representation of brands in certain regions of the world. Whilst also maintaining our routes which have always been retail. For a long time, our company’s vision was to expand our business to other parts of the world, so we made it happen.
What is our commitment to you?
In 2018 we opened our first jewellery store in Toronto, Canada and after a long and hard-working process, we managed to expand to London, England in January 2020. This was just before the pandemic. Hence why we had to stop our operations, as watches and jewellery are mostly bought in-store.
Fast forward to the middle of 2021, we felt that the pandemic is almost over, that’s why we decided to plan our next step which was opening our first store in London.
This made us consider the Icon at the O2 for our first location. As the O2 is one of the most iconic places in London where the biggest stars of the world have performed breath-taking shows and lots of well-known brands have a store here.
With more than half a century of experience, we learned how to provide the best customer service and products to our customers.
For our new London store, we started with high quality and well-known brands like Boss, Tommy Hilfiger, Michael Kors, Guess, Citizen, Bulova, Calvin Klein, Emporio Armani, Rotary, Fossil, Ted Baker, Timex etc.
Moving forward, our goal is to open 5 more stores in London and start capitalising on T1 cities. This naturally comes along with a larger range of brands both online and in our store.
