To qualify for a full refund, you have a 30-day window if your purchase was made online, provided the watch is in its original unworn condition and packaging. After this period, we can offer an exchange if the watch remains unworn.
When we say “original unworn condition,” we mean the leather strap must not have been fastened even once. Fastening the strap leaves permanent marks, necessitating a replacement before resale. Therefore, the cost of a replacement strap will be deducted from your refund.
For in-store purchases, we can only offer an exchange or store credit, as you’ve had the opportunity to inspect and try on the watch in person. If you’re purchasing the watch as a gift, kindly inform us, and we’ll include a note with your order.
Please note that personalised case back engravings are non-refundable. While you can still return or exchange your watch, the engraving cost will be deducted from the refund or exchange value.
Return shipping costs for unwanted items from outside the UK are not covered by us.

If you’re local to our store in London, you’re welcome to bring your watch in for a complimentary battery replacement. However, please note that replacing watch batteries requires special tools to open and close the case without causing damage.
Repairs can vary in duration, typically taking up to six weeks depending on the complexity of the issue with your watch. However, in most cases, repairs are completed within 10 working days.
