We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, we offer a 14-day returns period from the date of delivery for UK orders and international orders. To initiate a return, please contact us by email at info@henryrichards.com or by phone on 0800 955 0085 to register your return. After receiving confirmation from a member of our customer care team, items may be returned via Royal Mail Special Delivery or brought back to our store at the following address:

For purchases made in-store, a credit note will be issued, and a restocking fee may be charged unless the item is faulty, in which case a refund will be given. Please note that you DON’T have a legal right to a refund or replacement just because you change your mind. 

If your goods are faulty up to 30 days after purchase, you can get an immediate refund. Up to 6 months after purchase, if it can’t be repaired or replaced, then you are entitled to a full refund in most cases.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging, certification, and accessories where applicable. If returning a new unused watch, all factory seals must be intact to receive a full refund or exchange. 

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted:

* Any item not in its original condition, is damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.

* Any item that is returned more than 14 days after delivery.

Refunds (if applicable):

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email or call you to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of business days.
