• Care home – Finding the right care home can seem like an impossible task. We can support you and take the stress out of this process. We can provide a consultation where we will discuss your requirements and your needs. We will research suitable care homes in the location you have stated and we can support you with visits to the home. We can create a care plan that you can show what your requirements are that can be handed to the prospective care home.

  Once you have settled into your new environment we can offer ongoing support, we can be your port of call for any issues you may be having. This can be beneficial if you don’t have family local to you. We can attend meetings with you and resolve any issues you may be facing with the home.

• Live in care – Sometimes a live in carer may be a more suitable option for you or your loved one. This allows you to remain in your own home and have round the clock support. Here at Solent Care Services we are able to source the right live in carer for you or loved one.

  Here are Solent Care Services we offer an ongoing support package. For a monthly fee, we can be on hand to carry out reviews, attend meetings and resolve any conflicts or issues that you may have to deal with. We can also carry out wellbeing visits to ensure everything is how it should be. We will be on call to you 24/7.
