To be influential in promoting and effecting a positive health and wellbeing culture, positive behaviours at work, and in effecting change to enhance health and wellbeing at work, this requires knowledge, good communication skills, and the ability to mentor employees. It is important that leaders understand that everyone is different, and in knowing and understanding the individual needs of employees is a key component in leadership and business success; for example, it is important that leaders know what their employees need to do their jobs, and to meet their own goals, and this may be quite different from one employee to the next.

It is also important that anyone in a leadership, management or supervisory role is aware of the support provision that is available to employees, and that they are able to confidently signpost accordingly.

It is however commonplace that many leaders, managers and supervisors are not getting the guidance they need before being placed in their roles, and when it comes to the health and wellbeing of employees, training and awareness in this regard is very important with effective interaction and communication being the foundation blocks.

At TJM Occupational Health and Wellbeing, we will strive to support your business, and your leaders, managers, supervisors, and HR representatives by providing expert advice and guidance, and training and awareness sessions on any work related / health and wellbeing subject matter of choice. What is important to you is important to us, and we will work with you to create bespoke health and wellbeing workshops and training and awareness sessions on a wide variety of topics. Our aim is to enhance the knowledge and practical skill sets of anyone who has a responsibility for the health, safety and wellbeing of employees.

Please note: Training / Awareness / Educational / Promotional sessions and workshops can be offered remotely, as well as on client premises within the specified areas of coverage, and will usually cater for up to x 10 – 15 attendees per session.

All sessions can be run within an hour window, or over a ½ day / full day event, depending on your business requirements.
