Mental Wellbeing

Along with musculoskeletal disorders, the HSE statistics show that stress, depression and / or anxiety accounted for the majority of days lost due to work-related ill health in 2021/22. The availability of information and guidance on Stress Awareness and Stress Management techniques is therefore essential in raising awareness on people’s understanding and knowledge around this topical subject.

At TJM occupational Health and Wellbeing, we can offer training and awareness sessions / workshops for those who are responsible for staff that will enable them to be able to recognise signs and symptoms of stress pro-actively, and to be able to respond promptly, and signpost accordingly. We can:

  • Educate and support those who are responsible for staff in recognising, responding to, and addressing the signs and symptoms of stress
  • Look at the principles of a work place stress risk assessment, and when to implement one
  • Support those who are responsible for staff in implementing stress management risk assessments
  • Demonstrate how those who are responsible for staff can support individuals who have been off sick with stress
