These terms and conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the WCS Trading website (“Site”) and the services provided therein. By accessing or using the Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of these Terms, you must not use the Site.
Terms and Conditions
1. General
1.1 WCS Trading operates the Site as a marketplace where sellers (“Suppliers”) offer and sell building materials (“Products”) and customers (“Customers”) can purchase Products.
1.2 These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and WCS Trading and supersede any prior agreements or understandings.
1.3 WCS Trading reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Any modifications will be effective immediately upon posting on the Site. Your continued use of the Site after any modifications indicates your acceptance of the updated Terms.
2. Customer Rights and Responsibilities
2.1 Customers must provide accurate and complete information when placing orders on the Site, including delivery addresses.
2.2 Customers are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their accounts and passwords.
2.3 Customers must not use the Site for fraudulent purposes or in connection with unlawful activity.
2.4 WCS Trading reserves the right to refuse service or terminate Customer accounts for breaches of these Terms.
3. Supplier Rights and Responsibilities
3.1 Suppliers must comply with WCS Trading’s Supplier-only clauses, as provided upon registration.
3.2 Suppliers are responsible for the accuracy and completeness of the information provided about their Products on the Site.
3.3 WCS Trading reserves the right to suspend or terminate Supplier accounts for breaches of these Terms.
4. Product Orders
4.1 Orders placed on the Site constitute offers to purchase Products. WCS Trading reserves the right to accept or reject any order in its sole discretion.
4.2 Prices displayed on the Site are subject to change without notice. WCS Trading is not responsible for any inaccuracies in pricing information.
5. Returns and Refunds
5.1 WCS Trading offers a returns and refunds policy for Products purchased on the Site. For detailed information about our returns and refunds policy, please refer to the Returns and Refunds Policy page.
5.2 If you wish to return a Product that is no longer needed, you must notify WCS Trading within 14 days of the Product being delivered to you. Returns are subject to a 25% restocking charge and exclude any delivery charges.
5.3 Faulty or damaged Products must be reported to WCS Trading within 14 days of delivery. WCS Trading will either exchange the Product or provide a full refund.
6. Intellectual Property
6.1 All content, functionality, and other intellectual property on the Site are the property of WCS Trading or its licensors and are protected by copyright laws.
6.2 You may not extract, reproduce, or distribute any content from the Site without prior written consent from WCS Trading.
7. Limitation of Liability
7.1 WCS Trading shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Site.
7.2 WCS Trading’s total liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms shall not exceed the amount paid by you to WCS Trading for the Products.
8. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
8.1 These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.
8.2 Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
