If you wish to return a product that is no longer needed, we will refund the product price, excluding any delivery charges, subject to a 25% restocking charge. To initiate a return, please ensure the following:

- Collection Charge: Please note that there will be a minimum collection charge of £22, payable by you, which may vary depending on your location and product type.

Please be aware that we are unable to accept returns of powder-based products such as cement and plaster due to storage requirements and shelf-life considerations once removed from storage.
Faulty or Damaged Products:
In the event that products in your order, including special orders and made-to-measure items, are faulty or damaged, we offer the following options:
- Exchange: We will exchange faulty or damaged products for new ones.
- Refund: We will provide you with a full refund for the faulty or damaged products.
To request an exchange or refund for faulty or damaged products, please follow these steps:
- Notification: Inform us of any damaged products or defects within 14 days of delivery by sending an email to info@WCSTrading.com.
- Return Process: You can choose to return the faulty or defective products to us yourself, or we can arrange a collection through our nominated carrier at no cost to you.
- Timeframe: The return should be made within 14 days of notifying us about the faulty or damaged products.
Please email us at info@WCSTrading.com with your order number and product details to arrange for the collection of faulty or damaged products. We will dispatch a replacement or process a refund, whichever is applicable. All refunds will be issued to the account used for the original purchase.
Additional Information:
– Refunds are not available on ‘free with purchase’ items unless all other products are returned.
